What we collect and why

  • Table reservation: full name, phone number, optionally e-mail and notes. Purpose: handling and confirming the booking. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
  • Contact form: full name, e-mail, message text. Purpose: replying to your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
  • Server logs: IP address, browser, pages visited, time. Purpose: security and statistics. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

For how long

Reservations are kept for up to 12 months after the visit, messages for up to 12 months after our reply, server logs for up to 90 days.

Who we share it with

We never sell data. Only our hosting provider and restaurant staff can access it. The map on the contact page is embedded from Google Maps and fonts are served by Google Fonts, so Google may record your browser's IP address.

Cookies

We use a single technical cookie, lang, which remembers the language you picked. No tracking or advertising cookies.
